Windows app, available now in the Microsoft Store

Generate the whole message, not just the words.

CGCS turns an API key into a complete creation studio. Design email templates by describing them, generate images and video, write in your own voice, then send it all as a campaign from your own email provider.

Runs on your computer. Your keys stay in your operating system's credential store, and there is no CGCS server in the middle. Free for households, sole proprietors, and non-profits.
CGCS: Communication Generation Creation Station

Five tools. One station.

Most "AI for email" tools rewrite your text and stop there. CGCS started with that, then grew into a place where every piece of a message can be created, saved, and reused. Use all of it, or only the part you need.

Template Studio

Describe a design in plain English and get a complete, email-safe HTML template. Refine it by chat, save it, and reuse it for every campaign.

Image generation

Make images from a prompt in landscape, square, or portrait, with optional photo editing. The same engines build your email header images.

Video generation

Text to video, image to video, first and last frame, reference mode, video editing and extension, even a document or web page to video, depending on the model.

Voice and Rewrite

Build a measurable voice profile from your own writing, then rewrite any draft in it, aimed at the right kind of message and the right feeling.

Campaigns

Load a spreadsheet, pick templates and voices per person, review every version, preview on phone frames, and send through SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark.

Start with one key

Add one API key, describe what you want, and CGCS builds it. Bring more keys, or a local model, when you want to mix and match.

Who it is for. Small businesses, nonprofits, families, and sole operators who need professional-looking outreach and do not have a design team. Newsletters, announcements, fundraising asks, holiday cards, product updates, event invitations.

Describe the design. Get a real email template.

Template Studio is the reason a lot of people open CGCS. Tell it the colors, the mood, and the layout you want. It writes a complete, standalone HTML email, shows it live, and lets you change it one request at a time: "make the header bigger," "remove the three cards."

Each edit changes the current design in place and leaves everything else exactly as it was, instead of regenerating from scratch and losing what was already right. Save it, and it is yours for every future campaign. Make as many as you like. Modern and Cartoon come built in, so you can send a campaign before generating anything.

Describe the look

Plain English: colors, mood, layout, sections. Or load a saved template to keep refining it.

Add a reference image

Optional. A polished render or a napkin sketch inspires the style. It is read for cues and never embedded. Needs a vision-capable model.

Add a header image

Optional. Upload your logo, upload a picture, or have AI generate one, with text overlaid if you want it.

Generate

A complete template appears in a live preview, built on the exact merge code used at send time.

Refine by chat

One change per message. Earlier requests are passed along, so "put that back" works.

Name it and save it

It joins your library and shows up everywhere templates are picked, including per recipient.

Email-safe by constructionTable layout, inline CSS, about 600px wide, and a mobile media query. Built to render correctly in Outlook and older clients.
No scripts, no external resourcesScripts are stripped every time a template is shown or sent. A stock-photo link a model invents is removed, guaranteed, not requested.
Reusable with placeholdersSubject, first name, and body fill in per campaign. Custom content blocks cover multi-card designs, grounded in your actual message.
Edits cannot quietly break itIf a chat edit drops an image or a required placeholder, it is rejected with a clear message instead of silently ruining your template.
Header images three waysLogo, Picture, or Generate, in landscape, square, or portrait. Overlay text goes top, middle, or bottom, white with a black outline so it reads on any image.
Host images so Outlook and Gmail show themEmbedded images are unreliable on Outlook on the web and Gmail. Connect Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, AWS S3, or any S3-compatible storage and CGCS uploads for you.

Images and video, on your terms

Two standalone tools with their own provider and model settings, so image and video can use different defaults. Neither one is tied to email. Use them for social posts, thumbnails, product mockups, anything.

Image generation

Any picture, any shape

Write what you want, pick landscape (16:9), square (1:1), or portrait (9:16), choose a model, and preview, save, or download the result. Models show a price wherever the provider publishes one. Attach a reference image to edit an existing photo on models that support it.

  • ComfyUI on your own server, with no per-image cost
  • OpenRouter, with a live, searchable model catalog
  • QwenCloud Token Plan, locked to its allowed image models
  • QwenCloud Pay-As-You-Go, with your account's full list
Video generation

Every mode the model offers

Prompts can run long and generation takes minutes, so the page keeps checking on its own and you can leave it in the background. When it finishes, preview it and download the MP4.

Text to videoImage to videoFirst and last frameOmni (reference)Video editVideo extensionFile or web page to video
  • HappyHorse 1.1 and Wan 3.0 on QwenCloud, plus OpenRouter and ComfyUI
  • Wan 3.0 omni mode takes up to 10 images, 5 videos, and 5 audio clips
  • Resolution 480P, 720P, or 1080P, defaulting to 720P to avoid surprise cost
  • Mode rules are checked before anything is billed, so a mistake never costs a request

Photo editing for headers and pictures

"Make this photo pretty" or "warmer tones" works on QwenCloud with a Wan 2.7 image model, on ComfyUI with an image-edit workflow, and on OpenRouter with a suitable model. QwenCloud Token Plan only ever shows its own allowed models, so nobody gets billed outside their plan by accident.

Your voice, aimed at the right kind of message

"Keep my tone" is a vague instruction, and a vague instruction is the first thing a model smooths away. CGCS reads several samples of your real writing and builds a structured voice profile: sentence rhythm, punctuation habits, contraction use, vocabulary, transitions, tics, and the things you never say. Then it measures it, with scores for formality, directness, and sentence variation.

Keep as many profiles as you like. A person, a brand, a product line, a whole content angle for a campaign. Then tell the rewrite what the message is for and how it should feel, so it stops defaulting to one style of appeal.

Light touch

Polish

Improves flow, grammar, and structure while keeping your wording. It is told never to add content that was not in your original.

Best for your own normal drafts.
Fresh start

Meaning

Extracts the plain meaning first, drops the original phrasing, then writes that meaning fresh in your voice.

Best for dense jargon, stiff legalese, or archaic phrasing.
Full send

Generate Ideas

The one mode with permission to create. If your draft asks for a list, examples, or elaboration, it writes them, in your voice.

Best for when you know what you need but not the words.
Type of message

What is this email for?

Each type has its own shape. A nonprofit ask names who is helped and makes one specific request, with no guilt. A service notice states what happened, owns it, and says what is next.

Feeling

How should it land?

Shown through word choice and rhythm, never by inventing events or claims to manufacture a feeling. Both settings default to "Match my draft," which adds no direction at all.

Easy reading level, on by defaultAims for about a 6th to 7th grade level: short common words, mostly short sentences, active voice. The result is scored, and if it runs above grade 8, one extra simplify pass keeps the better version. The grade is shown on the page.
Never invents factsNo made-up numbers, dates, names, offers, or quotes. In Polish and Meaning, nothing that was not in your text gets added.
Drift checkAn optional extra pass re-reads the result against your profile and rewrites it if it slid toward generic, AI-sounding phrasing.
See exactly what changedA side-by-side diff against your original, so nothing slips in unnoticed.
Editable profilesThe first read of your writing is a draft. Open the profile and change anything the model got wrong.
No em dashes, guaranteedEvery prompt forbids them, and a deterministic cleanup removes any that slip through. They are the biggest tell of machine-written text.

From spreadsheet to sent

Take a list, a template, and a message, and send personalized email. Every step is yours to review before anything goes out.

Add your recipients

Upload a CSV or Excel file, or add people by hand. Email, first name, copy profile, and template columns are recognized, however you capitalize them.

Map your values

If your file says "Warm" in the copy column, map it to a real profile once for every row that has it. Anything unmapped sends as written.

Write your message

Subject and body. If the template has custom content blocks, fill each one yourself or generate it, grounded in your message.

Generate and review

Pick the mode, type of message, feeling, and reading level. One version per profile in use, each editable, with a diff against your original.

Preview and edit visually

See the real email in phone-size frames. Click anything to change its text, change a link, or delete it. Edits apply to every panel and to the email that sends.

Send

SendGrid, Mailgun, or Postmark, as a background job with live progress and per-recipient results.

A send log you can trust

"Sent" only means your provider accepted the message, not that it reached an inbox. So every attempt is logged with whatever the provider reported, including its real message ID. Paste that ID into your provider's dashboard to see actual delivery status. Each distinct voice is generated once and reused for everyone who shares it, with first names merged in afterward, so a 500-person list across three voices is three rewrites.

SendGridMailgunPostmark

Bring your own everything

You pick the providers and you pay them directly. Switch any time in Settings, no restart needed. Rewriting and template design have separate model settings because they are different jobs: one wants good prose, the other wants long, structured HTML and ideally vision.

Your keys, your lists, your machine

You should not have to trust CGCS with your data, because it never holds it anywhere you do not control.

No CGCS cloudThe app talks straight from your computer to the providers you configure. There is no CGCS server in the middle, because there is not one.
Keys in the OS credential storeAPI keys, email tokens, and storage credentials live in Windows Credential Manager, not in a settings file. Older plaintext keys are moved over automatically.
A local server that only the app can callEvery launch generates a fresh random token and every request must present it, so other programs on your computer cannot use it.
Email-safe outputScripts stripped, external resources removed, and every value merged into a template is HTML-escaped.
Your lists stay yoursRecipient files are processed on your machine and sent only to the email provider you chose, at send time.
Settings, voice profiles, and templates stay localThey live in a data folder on your computer. Back it up to back up everything. Keys are re-entered on a new machine.

Cost controls, so a runaway loop cannot run up a bill

AI generation costs real money. Each metered action has a per-hour ceiling you can change in Settings. Set one to 0 for unlimited.

60template generations and edits per hour
30image generations per hour
10video generations per hour
120voice rewrites per hour
500emails sent per hour

Big campaigns are checked as a whole. If a batch does not fit in the remaining email budget, none of it sends, instead of failing halfway through. Changes take effect on the very next request.
